The amount the Court awards for the fact of your injury depends on the injury itself. There are guidelines for the range of awards for particular types of personal injury. The compensation for total paralysis is set at a range between £188,250 and £235,000. The compensation for amputation of the little finger is set at between £5,100 and £7,215.
